“I started in construction as a general carpenter working on rough carpentry, framing, and interiors of custom homes. In 2006, I became a superintendent, and after a few projects and a few years moved into project management with a special focus on process and team building. I believe that well-managed, efficient systems can support people in building strong relationships and achieving the highest possible quality but that the key to it all is the people.
