Dirk Sappok currently leads the Product Management activities for the residential appliance business at Miele in the USA. Dirk is a strong believer in customer needs and a market-centric approach to developing new products. Under his leadership introductions of Generation 6000 cooking appliances, the category redefining professional Range series as well as new generations of dishwashers and MasterCool refrigeration assortments have elevated the brand in the luxury kitchen segment. His previous experience in Brand Management at Ferrero, Philips Lighting, and RustOleum reflects a continuous focus on purposeful innovation, clear positioning, and sustainable growth.
